UX Designer - Enterprise SaaS (B2B / Internal Tools)

About the Role

Role Overview We’re looking for a UX Designer to design complex, data-heavy workflows for enterprise users. You will simplify multi-step processes, optimize efficiency, and build scalable design systems. Responsibilities Design end-to-end workflows for complex systems (dashboards, admin panels, workflows) Translate business requirements into structured UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs Conduct stakeholder interviews (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) Work with large datasets, tables, filters, and role-based experiences Improve usability for power users (reduce clicks, cognitive load) Contribute to and scale a design system (tokens, components, patterns) Run usability testing with enterprise customers Requirements 4+ years in B2B / enterprise UX Strong experience designing dashboards, workflows, and CRUD systems Deep understanding of information architecture & interaction design Experience working with design systems (Figma, tokens, components) Ability to balance business constraints with user needs Nice to Have Experience with tools like Salesforce, SAP, or Workday Understanding of role-based access systems
